The town house is located in a quiet area next to a scenic park and the Congress Centre.
The apartments are completely refurbished and equipped with a comfortable and modern kitchen, bathroom and WC.

_	7 minutes walking distance to the metro station (Vyšehrad station), and 2 stops to central Wenceslas Square.
_	5 minutes walking distance to tram lines 7, 18 and 24. _ Line 18 offers direct connection to the historic centre of Prague with its famous landmarks, like the National Theatre, Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square, the "Kleinseite", and Prague Castle. _ Line 24 will take you straight to Wenceslas Square.
_	The trams run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
_	Close by you will find a variety of restaurants offering differing cuisines.
_	5 minutes walking distance will give you access to the Congress Centre.
